We ship all orders via USPS and provide tracking numbers. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days within the U.S. We currently only ship within the United States.

Because all items are handmade, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
